Relevance of Objects and Activities
As you manage your information in Onyx, the system is tracking your activity to automatically associate relevance to your notes, tags and activities. Then, the system can decide what is more important to you and put the important objects higher in lists and results. Your content is not tracked, and does not affect the relevance of objects.
For example, if you search for a note by a search word, the system will order the results by relevance, so you will find your more important information easily. Another example is when you add note, in tags list you will see the more common tags up in the list.
You can designate notes as favorite, and they will be shown before other non-favorite notes, thus enabling you to move them up or down in the relevance system. To set a note's priority, in Note Editor, check the 'favorite' checkbox.
